Fenna is an internist-hematologist and healthcare administrator with a passion for shaping the hospital of the future. She is the author of "The Disappearance: What Happens When Physical Hospitals No Longer Exist?" and a regular keynote speaker on healthcare transformation.

She studied at Harvard Business School and INSEAD, and founded Stichting Genees-kunst, using art to overcome isolation for patients and healthcare workers. She previously served as director of the Foundation for Cooperation of Top-Clinical Hospitals (STZ).
